Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy for Prenatal 6-Week Class Payment for the full 6-week prenatal class is required prior to the start of the first class to secure your spot. Missed Classes: If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, you have the following options: Refund Policy: A refund will be issued for missed classes if notification is provided at least 24 hours in advance of the class start time. Refunds will not be issued for missed classes without prior notification, except under extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Private Makeup Session: Alternatively, you may request a private makeup session to cover the missed class time. Makeup sessions will be scheduled based on instructor availability and must be completed within 2 weeks of the missed class, subject to availability. Refund Process: To request a refund for a missed class, please contact Cleo at labourhooddoula@gmail.com with your request and provide the reason for missing the class, if applicable. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval. Extenuating Circumstances: In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, sudden illness), please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements for missed classes. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued for missed classes without prior notification. Refunds will not be issued for classes that have already been attended. Policy Updates: This refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of Cleo Sonier. Any updates or changes will be communicated in advance to all registered participants.
