and Richmond and I'm ready to connect with you.
I provide non-judgmental emotional, educational and physical support during your pregnancy, labour and into the fourth trimester. I provide evidence-based information so you and your family can make informed decisions in the best interest of your newborn baby. I want to be your Labourhood Doula.

My name is Cleo
Growing up in a family full of strong, empowering women has influenced my decision to become a Doula. I was surrounded by these women with all types of birth experiences. As a child I was always drawn to babies and how fascinating it is that a woman's body can create, grow and nourish a new life.
After giving birth to my daughter, I knew I wanted to help other people feel the same empowerment and support I felt during my pregnancy and birth. I have found my path and am honoured to help families at this transformative time.
I am now mother to three wonderful active kids, a daughter followed by fraternal twins (boy and girl). When I'm not supporting other amazing mothers, I am with my family exploring playgrounds and the rest that Vancouver has to offer.

My Journey
I have had a few different career paths but I have found the one I was meant to follow, being a doula for birthers across Metro Vancouver. My training with Wise Women Way of Birth has given me extensive knowledge of the physiological birthing process. As a mother myself, I have both training and personal experience with birth and postpartum. I nourish the birther and baby as a unit and provide support to the entire family.
I acknowledge every birth journey will be different but I believe in your ability to make the right decisions for your family and will help you implement those decisions in your home. There are lots of options we can discuss to help you at this transitional time of your life.
